This experience weaves together ceremonial cacao, ritual, and reflective writing to create space for honest self-devotion and gentle healing.We will begin with a ceremonial cacao ritual, honoring cacao as a sacred, heart-opening plant medicine traditionally used to support emotional openness, connection, and inner awareness. Through mindful preparation and guided intention, cacao invites us to soften, listen inward, and arrive more fully in the body and heart.
From this grounded and open place, you will be guided into writing a love and devotion letter to yourself. Writing to yourself in this way can be profoundly healing, offering a moment of reconciliation, reassurance, and commitment to ongoing self-care.
Your letter will be written on high-quality cotton paper, and golden gel pens to allow your words to feel intentional, honored, and lasting. Once complete, your letter will be placed into a beautiful envelope and sealed with a red wax seal, symbolizing devotion and care. These seals are designed to be reopened, allowing you to return to your letter whenever you feel called, again and again.

☕️ Ceremonial Cacao Ceremony: Learn about and experience ceremonial cacao as a heart-opening, grounding plant ally. Through intention setting and mindful sipping, we create a sacred container for reflection and inner connection.
✍️ Guided Self-Reflection & Writing: Gentle prompts will guide you into writing a love and devotion letter to yourself, offering space for compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, and commitment to your own wellbeing.
🌹 Intentional Materials: Write on decorative cotton paper infused with rose essential oil using golden gel pens. Each material is chosen intentionally to support presence, beauty, and care.
💌 Wax-Sealed Letter: Your completed letter will be placed into a timeless envelope and sealed with a red wax seal that can be opened and resealed, allowing your words to remain a living practice rather than a one-time ritual.
🕯️ Closing Integration: We will close with a moment of stillness and grounding, allowing the experience to settle and be carried with you beyond the space.
