This tea ritual is slow and intentional, creating a container of reverence and care before moving into rest.
From this softened state, youβll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath. Resting comfortably, you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and layered harmonic instruments.
Each participant will receive a piece of rose quartz to hold or place on their heart during the sound bath, supporting heart-centered awareness and quiet reflection. Youβre invited to meditate with this stone throughout the experience and take it home as a physical reminder of the practice.
