for 2025 our standard distance triathlon is a World Qualifier!The standard distance duathlon begins with a 10 km 2 lap run on tarmac & gravel paths. The bike leg is 46 km and is one big lap on rolling roads. The bike course is so good it's regularly used for the Masters Road Racing National Championships. The Standard duathlon finishes with a final one lap 5K.
We also have a Sprint Distance Triathlon that uses the same Run 1, a shorter 20K bike lap & a final out-and-back 2.5K run
