This circle is open to all women, whether or not you attended the first gathering.In this experience, you will be guided through meditation, gentle breathwork, intuitive attunement, and healing movement to support a deeper return to yourself. We will explore self-love as an embodied practice, learning to notice when we drift away from our inner truth and how to come back with compassion, presence, and trust.You will learn how awakening intuition supports self-love by helping you discern what is aligned, how to distinguish intuitive knowing from fear, and how to cultivate a sense of inner safety and peace that does not rely on others or external circumstances. This gathering is an invitation to reconnect with your feminine wisdom and allow clarity and self-trust to arise naturally.Space is intentionally limited to preserve an intimate, supportive container.Wanda is a mindfulness and transformational coach, breathwork instructor, and Reiki practitioner who creates safe, heart-centered spaces for women to reconnect with themselves.
