About this Event

Have you always wanted to write that novel? Do you have a novel idea and not know what do to with it?

This six week course will lead you through the fundamentals of story, developing the seed of your idea and mapping out your novel. Through guided sessions, you’ll explore your world, build a cast of characters and plot your novel’s journey, creating the foundation you need to return to the beginning and write your first scene.

This course runs every Thursday afternoon from the 6th of November to the 18th of December 2025, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, at The Beacon Plymouth.

One ticket covers all six sessions – you don’t need to book each week individually.

Each session builds on the last, guiding you from idea generation through to developing your your novel idea.
