Detroit Style Vinyasa Flow

This class is about the synchroniation of breath and movement using creative sequencing to flow through postures. Warming the body through a variation of Sun A flow, you will then be guided through a second and third series of postures while allowing time and freedom to explore each flow, moving to the rhythm of your own breath. You will then be guided into a short series of restorative postures to cool the body and calm the mind. This is a fast paced class may include balancing postures and inversions and is recommended for those who have attended 2-5 yoga classes.
