About this Event
A coalition of three long-standing Detroit urban farming organizations with a collective mission to rebuild inter-generational land ownership for Black Farmers in Detroit: The Detroit Black Food Sovereignty Network (DBCFSN), Oakland Avenue Urban Farm, and Keep Growing Detroit.This event is a celebration of Black farmers and is dedicated to addressing land ownership disparities by helping Black farmers in Detroit secure property through DBFLF competitive Land Grant which open Juneteenth June 19th , 2026 . Learn more about this program and attend the Application Tour!This event will be designed to provide access to resources, guidance, and support for those interested in owning land and growing their agricultural ventures.Participants will learn about funding and resources, plus one-on-one help for completing applications..
