About this Event
Spirituality • Buddhism
We often move through life without pausing to reflect on how much the mind shapes our experience. Thoughts, emotions, and perceptions arise continuously — yet we rarely stop to understand their nature or how they influence the way we live.
The mind is not fixed. It is a dynamic process, constantly changing based on conditions. Yet, we often feel stuck in patterns of stress, distraction, and limitation, unaware that change is not only possible — it is natural.
From a single thought to the direction of our lives, everything unfolds through causes and conditions. When we begin to understand this process, the mind can gradually let go of what no longer serves and move towards greater clarity and balance.
Join us for this transformative day retreat where Buddhism and science meet. Step into an exploration of the mind — its patterns, its illusions, and its potential for freedom. Learn to purify, renew, and truly detox your mind.
