Join Jen for a two-hour Detox Flow & Glow yoga workshop! A refreshing mix of dynamic flow, cleansing breathwork, and simple TCM-inspired insights to help you release stagnant energy, support liver & kidney function, and boost digestive health after the festive season. We’ll work, we’ll breathe, we’ll move with intention & finish with a long, soothing relaxation to let everything settle beautifully back into balance.
Suitable for those with an existing practice, although options are always offered so please feel free to book if you’re relatively new & curious!
This workshop will be offered in-person at Oceanflow Yoga studio as well as live streamed. If you book the online session, the link to join will be automatically sent on booking (please check junk/spam folders). The recording is available on request by emailing us ay [email protected] if you can’t make it live! We have 72hr cancellation policy for workshops.
