About this Event
Destress Davidson is collaboration between the Town of Davison and NAMI Charlotte
that brings the community together to experience wellness activities that that promote joy, calm, connection and fun! This uplifting free event is designed to support wellbeing through experiential activities and easy access to resources that foster emotional, physical, social, and mental wellness. This event is open to everyone, and we welcome individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Registration is strongly encouraged but not required to attend.
Event Format
Destress Davidson features an open house style format where guests can explore
various stations, activities, and resources at their own pace. Guests may arrive and
leave at anytime during the event. The goal is to create a welcoming, lowpressure
environment that encourages connection, selfcare, and discovery.
