With deep roots in East Tennessee, Stephen is a proud ETSU alum and a 2015 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. He balances his professional commitments with a strong dedication to family, enjoying quality time with his three sons, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. Stephen is also heavily involved in local organizations like the Boys & Girls Club and Crumley House and serves on several boards, including the Tennessee Housing Development Agency and the ETSU Foundation. As an associate pastor at Jubilee World Outreach Church, he embodies the belief that serving others is key to building a stronger community.
