Come and be with us for a sacred experience rooted in the ancient lineage of the Q’ero medicine men and women of the High Andes of Peru, as we open the space for a Munay Ki Masterclass.
We begin with the Despacho ceremony... a heartfelt offering to Pachamama, where we come back into right relationship with life, inviting harmony, balance, and deep connection.
From there, we move into the Fire Ceremony, a moment to consciously release the stories, patterns, and energies that no longer belong to us, allowing transformation through the wisdom and cleansing power of fire.
This is a space to pause, to listen, to remember… and to return to what is true within you.
You are so welcome here, whether you’ve been walking this path for years or are just feeling the call. Come exactly as you are.
The evening is held by Chris Waters, founder of Spirit of the Inca School of Energy Medicine. Her path with this lineage spans over 25 years, walking alongside Q’ero wisdom keepers and sharing these teachings through the Medicine Wheel and shamanic practitioner trainings since 2002.

A despacho is a living prayer
It's a prayer of gratitude. Our shamans believe in reciprocity: what you give, you always will receive. But more than that, a despacho is a prayer to great spirit to bring healing, balance and harmony. When we are out of balance our world can seem harsh, uncertain and unsafe and nothing seems to work as we expect.
A despacho is their way of healing into harmony so that we can flow easily through life. Everyone who attends is part of the experience. There is nothing to do or be, just arrive as you are, and leave a little more inspired and a little lighter.
The Fire Ceremony
In the Inca tradition, fire is sacred, a living presence, a teacher, a bridge between worlds.
Fire purifies, clarifies, and heals. It is a space where we can gently lay down what we no longer need: old stories, energies, worn-out identities, and trust that they are received with the same unconditional love that Father Sun holds for all of life.
Fire is ancient sunlight.
And when we offer these parts of ourselves into the flames, they are not simply burned away… they are transformed.
What once felt heavy becomes light.
And as we gather around the fire together, something ancient stirs within us…
A quiet remembering.
Beyond the mind, beyond the stories; our soul recognises this space.
It knows that something sacred is unfolding here… something real, something magical.``
