About this Event
Our third year at UKREiiF.
And here is what makes it unlike anything else on the programme. Every part of this session — topic, structure, facilitation, delivery — has been designed and led by 8–10 talented young professionals from across the built environment.
Not a panel. Not a lecture. A proper workshop. Built by the next generation.
What are we actually exploring?
→ How places can strengthen connections between generations in an increasingly digital world.
→ What attracts younger people to places — without excluding everyone else.
→ How behaviours and relationships to technology shape who feels included and who does not.
→ How to design spaces that work for multiple generations.
→ Who places are designed for — versus who actually uses them.
Why come?
Hear unfiltered thinking - From the next generation of built environment leaders.
Take part properly - A genuinely interactive session — not another conference panel.
See real collaboration - Cross-discipline working with silos broken down in real time.
Be in good company - 60–80 participants from across the sector.
At Accession Network, we believe that creating positive change starts with giving people a voice and building real connections across the industry. Our network is all about making the sector more inclusive, collaborative, and supportive — and this workshop is a great example of that in action.
We’re proud to be partnering with the London Leeds College of Building for the 3rd year running on this event. There's plenty of space, and we’re keen to welcome people from all backgrounds and all parts of the industry. Even if you don’t think your job links directly to inclusion, we’re confident you’ll leave seeing how you can play a part.
It promises to be one of the most valuable 90 minutes you’ll spend at UKREiiF.
Hope to see you there!
No UKREiiF pass required to attend. This is a UKREiiF Fringe event.
