About this Event
Most professionals don’t burn out because they lack motivation or resilience. They burn out because too much of their energy lives inside systems they don’t control.
This 2-hour workshop reframes stress as a design problem, not a personal failure.
Instead of focusing on stress management techniques, you’ll learn how to design a repeatable container—a structured, self-directed practice that restores agency, clarity, and psychological relief without requiring a career change or lifestyle overhaul.
Using principles from Industrial-Organizational Psychology and behavioral design, participants will:
- Identify where stress shows up structurally in their work life
- Understand why high performers feel drained even when they’re successful
- Design one practical container they can return to weekly
- Learn how to reallocate stress into effort they choose and control
- Integrate the container without competing with their 9-to-5 role
This is not therapy. It’s not a motivational talk. And it’s not about escaping work.
It’s about building structure that makes pressure survivable—and work more sustainable.
Participants leave with a clear, personal design they can use immediately.
This workshop is educational and reflective in nature and is not a substitute for mental health treatment or psychotherapy.
