Designing Cincinnati's Legendary Main Library: A Collaboration between Architect Woodie Garber and Librarian Carl VitzIn 1955, Cincinnati's new downtown library led the nation in modern design. One was the Queen City’s leading modernist architect and the other a librarian with a unique vision. Elizabeth Garber, daughter of Woodie and Robert Vitz, son of Carl, host this special 70th anniversary presentation.
