About this Event
This training is for individuals who are the Safeguarding Lead for Third Sector organisations in Kirklees and will cover your role and responsibilities in relation to children and adults at risk that you come into contact with.
PLEASE NOTE: Before you undertake this training you need to have completed a safeguarding basic awareness training (if you are unsure or need help to access this, please contact [email protected]).
The training will be delivered by experienced Safeguarding Consultant Jill Webb.

Venue: Northorpe Hall, 53 Northorpe Lane, Mirfield WF14 0QL (free car parking available on site and buses from Huddersfield - 202 and Dewsbury - 202, 205).
This event is organised by TSL Kirklees - a local charity that gives free support, advice and training to any charity, community group or social enterprise in Kirklees - and is only open to any workers, trustees or volunteers from third sector organisations based or working in Kirklees. Our events and services are free because, like any other charity, we rely on grants and funding.
