Join us for a fun and interactive workshop that leads you through the process of identifying your core values and creating a statement of purpose. Using writting prompts, body intelligence exercises and collage-making activities, this 90 minute workshop will leave you empowered with a new life compass. Even if you've done this kind of thing in the past, isn't it time for a refresh? About me:
I believe we all want big things for ourselves. And we’ve all got our stuff to deal with. My role as a coach is to help you befriend the “stuff” and keep it from holding you back. We all feel the pressure to have the answers and to “have it figured out.” When we get honest, there are often times we simply make it up as we go.
Fun fact: Everyone does this. The key to successfully making it up as we go is by living from a true understanding of ourselves - our essence - and not from our stories, fears and projections. This is how we truly connect with others.
I am interested in guiding you to uncover that essence and to achieve the goal of leading and living from your whole self. If that makes sense to you, contact me about coaching.
Our sessions will require you to be fully willing to explore and learn. Our time together can also be fun and energizing! Your willingness to be open to the process -- and to have a good time doing it -- is the key to any successful coaching relationship.
My foundational training is with The Hendricks Institute and I am a Certified Big Leap Coach. I draw from the work of The Conscious Leadership Group, who share the same foundation. We also can utilize Sir John Whitmore’s GROW (Goals, Reality, Options, Will) method together to identify practical and actionable steps for you to take in your personal and professional life.
