About this Event
**This is a two-part workshop. Each session stands on its own, so you're welcome to attend one or both.
Dates of Workshops:
Suday, May 17: You Are Here: Creating Your Life Compass, 2pm-4pm in person
Sunday, May 31: Ideating and Prototyping Your Possible Futures, 2pm-4pm in person
Feeling stuck, lost in transition, or unable to move forward? Those places can feel downright yucky. The good news is you are not alone!
This two-part life design workshop offers a practical, creative, and surprisingly joyful process for finding clarity about who you are, what you value, and where you want to go next. Drawing on Stanford's Designing Your Life and the Life Design Catalyst methods, the sessions will help you identify your purpose and values, take a clear-eyed look at where you are now, explore possible futures you haven't yet imagined, and take small, concrete steps toward the life that feels right--and that serves something greater than yourself.
Life design treats your life as an ongoing creative project rather than a problem to solve. It favors action over rumination, welcomes failure as essential learning, and places creativity, play, and community at the heart of the process. You won't be lectured at. Expect personal reflection and conversations with fellow participants who will challenge your assumptions, spark new ideas, and help you see what you can't see on your own--and leave with practical tools and real momentum.
Each session stands on its own, so you're welcome to attend one or both. These workshops are open to anyone navigating any season of life, whether you're a student or recent grad figuring out what's next, mid-career and wondering if there's more, or in retirement and ready for something new.
