Winter is the season of slowing down, turning inward, and creating a sense of warmth and safety in our homes. It’s a time for nesting — not for big projects or drastic changes, but for small, intentional shifts that help us feel supported, grounded, and more connected to ourselves.
Join Chelsey Preuss, Holistic Interior Designer and Kimberly, Psychic Medium and Intuitive Guide, for a 2-hour restorative workshop designed to align your home with the energy of winter.
We’ll explore:
• Winter color psychology
How certain tones support rest, clarity, and emotional warmth during the colder months.
• Nature-inspired nesting
Incorporating natural textures, greenery, light, and grounding elements to nurture your nervous system.
• Intuition-led styling
Learning to listen to what your home is quietly asking for and making small, meaningful adjustments.
• Winter sensory rituals
Identify scents, textures, lighting, and sounds that help you feel calm and nourished.
• Reflective journaling
A guided writing session to explore what your soul needs this season and how your home can support it.
• Cacao ceremony with drumming and Palo Santo
Begin the session in ritual — grounding with the rich, heart-opening energy of ceremonial cacao, gentle drumming, and cleansing Palo Santo. I’ll also guide you through a winter poem and meditation to help you connect with the season’s quiet, reflective energy.
This workshop is intentionally calm, restorative, and grounding — a supportive space to reconnect with yourself and your home during winter’s slower rhythm.
Please bring: a journal and anything that helps you feel comfortable (a blanket, warm socks, etc.).
Arrive early to grab a warm drink from the tea bar at Alchemy House and settle in before the ceremony begins.
