Imagine serving up ice cream on wheels- to design your own moving vehicle, the Branding, Logo and its exciting Ice Cream Menu!
On Day 1 of the 2-day holiday camp, you will be introduced to curated designs around the world to inspire and create. You will begin with sketching of ideas for your own moving vehicle by applying Design Thinking skills to understand the spatial needs required to support the ice cream production and sales. You will then prototype your Ice Cream Truck design in 3D, bringing ideas to life!

On Day 2, upon completion of your Ice Cream Truck prototype, you will be introduced to the digital craft of Graphic Design with Canva. You will learn how Graphic Designers create visual content to communicate messages by applying visual hierarchy and page layout techniques, also understanding typography to design your Ice Cream Brand Logo and a Poster to advertise for the grand opening of your Ice Cream Truck.

We promise it will be two full days of fun learning; developing your creative eye and aesthetic sensibility in both digital 2D crafting and physical 3D prototyping.
Laptops will be provided to students on Day 2 of the camp to design digitally in Canva. However, we do encourage students to bring their own device, laptop or IPad to continue working on their project at home.
