Swim: In the clear, calm waters of the reservoir
Cycle: Quiet, scenic country lanes
Run: Flat(ish) paths and trails
🏁 Event Distances
Ideal for everyone—from first-timers to seasoned athletes. No cut-off times. Relay options available for all events!
Sprint Triathlon
Swim: 750m | Cycle: 22km | Run: 5km
Standard Triathlon
Swim: 1,500m | Cycle: 39km | Run: 10km
Sprint Aquabike
Swim: 750m | Cycle: 22km
Standard Aquabike
Swim: 1,500m | Cycle: 39km
🧊 Wetsuit Policy
We anticipate that water temperatures will be warm enough to make wetsuits optional. However, we do recommend wearing a wetsuit for comfort and buoyancy, especially for less experienced swimmers
🔐 Transition Area
Secure and competitors-only
Your Race Number & Bike Number must match your Racking Number
Small bags or boxes allowed
You must wear your helmet and have your bike number attached before entering
Post-race, bike and bib numbers will be checked before exiting

Live chip-timing provided by Timing Up North.
