This is a cashless event. No cash will be accepted. Credit/debit cards and digital payments only.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued unless the event is canceled. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

This is a 21-and-over event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No exceptions.

Dress Code: Derby attire is highly recommended to enhance the overall event experience. Athletic wear, sagging pants, and inappropriate or overly casual attire are not permitted.

All attendees must comply with venue rules, event policies, and staff instructions. No firearms or weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises, regardless of state or federal authorization.

Alcohol may be served. Overconsumption, disorderly conduct, or policy violations will result in removal without refund.

Vendors operate independently and are solely responsible for their products, services, and transactions.

Liability Limitation: The event organizer and venue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage related to attendance at the event.

By entering the venue, attendees consent to photography and video recording for promotional and marketing use.
