PSB Transitions of Saratoga is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families in crisis throughout Saratoga and the Capital Region. The organization provides compassionate, immediate assistance to families experiencing unexpected hardship, helping them move toward greater stability—or maintain stability—during times of acute need.
PSB Transitions of Saratoga proudly honors the legacy of the late Patricia Sweeney Bergin, a beloved former school social worker in Saratoga. Trish dedicated her life to removing barriers that prevented children and families from fully participating in their community. Her passion for connection, inclusion, and support continues to inspire the organization’s mission and work each day.
A core initiative of PSB Transitions is its commitment to keeping children connected to their community. Through access to after-school programs, athletics, and youth activities, PSB Transitions helps provide structure, belonging, and positive social engagement for local families.
100% of event proceeds will directly support the Saratoga Recreation Department, ensuring these vital opportunities remain accessible for ALL children in our community.
