This 8-Workshop Series is a creative and reflective journey designed to help participants reconnect with themselves through art, movement, and mindful expression. Each Sunday Session uses hands-on activities and conversation to explore personal themes like identity, resilience, and emotional balance — creating space for healing, community, and self-awareness.

Every workshop builds on the next, guiding Participants through a process of release, discovery, and renewal. From sculpting and painting to journaling and reflection, the cohort-based series invites people to slow down, express freely, and rediscover their connection to both self and others.
The title “The Depression; Lack of Expression?” isn’t a diagnosis — it’s a question. It asks what happens when we can’t or don’t express ourselves during difficult seasons.
As we move into times when depression, grief, and seasonal affective disorder (SAD) can feel like a dark cloud, this series offers tools and creative practices to support you to process, release, and reconnect genuinely with joy. It’s not about claiming depression—never that! It’s about learning how expression can transform it and any other experiences that weigh you down from blossoms you deserve🌻
