May is Maternal and Mental Health Awareness month. Join Baby Blues Connection and our sponsors as we host the first Depressed Cake Shop Portland pop-up of 2024.The main goal of this super fun and unique event is to destigmatize mental health struggles through a really casual conversation. Additionally, baking for others promotes well-being. It's called "behavioral activation" and through the simple act of baking for others, one's own sense of well-being improves.
Grab some delicious treats, made by professional, home and JR bakers (kids). Cookies. Cupcakes. Slices of cake. Candies. Mini-tarts. There are so many things to love! Vegan, GF - we've got something for everyone.
Tickets to this event are always free but we ask that you kindly get one so we know how many of you we will see. We'll make extra treats, if necessary!
If you are someone you know are struggling, come to this event, start a conversation about your feelings and get some support.
We're launching the Sad Cupcake Club. More details to come!
And, as always, we'll offer 4-6 free boxes of treats. You must fill out a short survey to be entered to win.
