Denver Yoga Gathering is a chance to untether from the accumulated pressures of daily life and reconnect with your spirit; with a full day of study, immersive practice, sound-practices and joyful human connection; lead by some of Colorado’s most accomplished yoga and wellness teachers.
Co-hosted by Erik Vienneau (founder of Yoga Rocks the Park, Friday Night Yoga Club, & Awake Festival) and longtime Denver teacher Derik Eselius (founder of Denver Yoga Underground), Denver Yoga Gathering is a celebration of head, heart, life skills and community.
Be nourished by exceptional practices in a supportive space
All sessions are available to students at every stage of practice. You will learn yoga practices to feed your soul and lifestyle-wellness skills to navigate life with greater grace. Immerse yourself in deeper, 1 and 2.25 hour long workshop-style sessions with exceptional teachers. Soak into topics with greater depth. Plus, moments of respit, natural, meaningful connection with fellow practitioners and nourishing, love-infused food.
