At True Texas Project, we know that when we strengthen our personal relationships with our elected representatives, they are more likely to fight for us and be held accountable. We also like to show our appreciation for those in DC who we know are fighting for us. About Brandon Gill:
Congressman Brandon Gill represents Texas’ 26th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Born on a military air force base in New Mexico and raised on a cattle ranch in West Texas, Gill is deeply rooted in the values of his Christian faith, hard work, and service.
Gill graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with dual degrees in Economics and History. While at Dartmouth, he served as president of The Dartmouth Review, the conservative student newspaper, and led Christian Union, which became one of the largest student groups on campus.
After graduation, Gill began a career in finance, working first as an investment banker on Wall Street and later as an analyst at a global, multi-strategy hedge fund. Though he rose quickly in the industry, Gill felt called to public service. He left finance to launch the DC Enquirer, a conservative, America First news outlet that rapidly grew in influence.
In 2024, Gill was elected to Congress to fight for the values he was raised with and to push back against the harmful policies of the Biden administration. He serves on the House Judiciary, Budget, and Oversight Committees, including the DOGE Subcommittee, where he focuses on securing the border, protecting life, eradicating government waste, and restoring America’s economic strength.
Gill is married to Danielle D’Souza Gill, a published author and conservative leader who has spoken nationwide on issues of faith and life. Together, they are raising their two children, Marigold and Winston, in Flower Mound, Texas.
