Miami welcomes an extraordinary concert by Dennis Chambers (@dennischambersofficial), one of the most influential drummers alive. Known for redefining jazz-fusion, funk and world music, Chambers steps into the spotlight with a repertoire of original compositions performed live for the very first time.
Beside him, the brilliance continues: Ulf Wakenius (@ulfwakeniusguitar), celebrated worldwide for his melodic signature and impeccable tone, and Rubem Farias (@rubem_farias), the Brazilian bassist whose precision and creative fire turn every stage into a world of possibilities.
About the Artists
Dennis Chambers is considered one of the most influential drummers of the last decades. Born in Baltimore, he began playing professionally at age six, later becoming a definitive force in jazz-fusion, funk and world music. His work with Parliament-Funkadelic, John Scofield, Santana, Mike Stern, Steely Dan and countless others turned him into a global reference for speed, accuracy and musical intelligence.
Ulf Wakenius, born in Halmstad, Sweden, is widely recognized as one of the leading jazz guitarists of his generation. He was a key member of Oscar Peterson’s last quartet and recorded with legends such as Ray Brown, Pat Metheny, Herbie Hancock and Michael Brecker.
Rubem Farias, born in Salvador, Brazil and currently based in Stockholm, is an acclaimed bassist, arranger and producer known for his versatility and refined musicality. He has worked with artists across jazz, MPB, pop and world music.
