Hip Hip Hooray! The Denmark River Arts Markets Are Back!
The well-loved markets by the river in Berridge Park first started in 1982 and ran for 40 years under Denmark Arts until 2022. After a three-year slumber, and in response to the community calling for their return, they are making a grand comeback!
Mark your calendars – Easter Saturday marks the revival of this vibrant celebration of handmade arts, crafts, and produce! With all-day live entertainment, creative displays, and fun activities, the Markets will be a place to mingle, linger, and soak up the joyful atmosphere.

🌟 Have a Stall!
We welcome all unique expressions of creativity. If you make it, grow it, or cook it yourself and it’s of good to high quality – we’d love to hear from you! We do not accept mass-produced or imported goods. Check out our website for stall criteria, costs, and the application form. 😃
💪 Volunteer!
We need hands-on help with set-up, pack-down, gates, electricity, bin fairies, and other essential tasks before and during the market day. Come be part of the magic! Application forms via the markets website.

We welcome colourful, creative contributions – mime, circus acts, drum parades, live art, sculpture creations, craft demonstrations, and more! If you’d like to be part of the fun, let us know – especially for anything involving sound, as we’ll have a stage program and want to keep things harmonious. Busking spots are limited and located away from the main stage.
