About this Event

Chakras! What are they? Why are they important? How do I use them?

Welcome to Demystifying Chakras!

You’ve likely heard of chakras—but what do they actually mean, and how can they be used in everyday life?

This workshop offers a clear, approachable introduction to the chakra system, exploring not only what chakras are, but how they relate to your daily experiences and overall physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. You’ll learn practical ways to begin working with your energy in a grounded, accessible way.

Please note: this is an introductory workshop. If you’re looking to fully master the chakras… we’ll definitely need more than two hours! 😉

What You’ll Walk Away With:
  • A clear understanding of the chakra system
  • Insight into how chakras influence your physical body, emotions, and mental patterns
  • Greater awareness of where you may be holding imbalance—and how to support yourself
  • An embodied experience of chakra work, not just theory

This experience is ideal for:

  • Those new to the concept of chakras
  • Individuals with some experience who want a deeper, more embodied understanding
  • Teachers or practitioners who’d like to return to the role of student and receive for themselves

If you have questions, please reach out to Erin at (617) 213-0136 or email .

We look forward to training with you and welcoming you into the world of chakras!
