Demo Day @ Home Depot Leaside
Hi! I'm Carolina — a Realtor® with Union Capital Realty, and a proud Leasider. This neighbourhood is genuinely my favourite corner of Toronto, and most of my work happens within a few blocks of this Home Depot.
I'm hosting this Demo Day for a simple reason: I'd love to meet more of the people who live here. So instead of cold-calling or dropping flyers in mailboxes (no thanks), I partnered with the team at Home Depot Leaside to put on something genuinely useful — a small, hands-on morning where you can learn the home repair basics that every new homeowner eventually Googles at 11 PM.
No pitch, no pressure. Just coffee, donuts, three useful demos, and a chance to say hi. If we hit it off and you ever need a realtor down the road, you'll know where to find me. And if not, you'll still walk out knowing how to patch a wall, install a smart lock, and change a faucet.

A quick note: This event is open to everyone, but it's especially aimed at homeowners and buyers who aren't currently working with another realtor. If you're already in great hands with an agent, you're still very welcome to come learn — just know I'm not here to step on any toes. 😊
