About this Class: Join us at the table and watch our Scuola Chef prepare the star dish right in front of you, step-by-step. Learn about the history, culture, and traditions of the dish while relaxing and enjoying Italian bites. At the end of class, take our recipe with you to recreate at home. For our Restaurant Fest Edition of this class, you’ll be in La Pizza & La Pasta learning how to make this featured menu dish. Already craving more? About this Dish: Pasta alla Carbonara is an iconic Roman dish made with guanciale (cured pork jowl), whole eggs and egg yolks, grated pecorino cheese, salt and pepper. This version swaps out the meat to highlight the best of spring produce: asparagus.
In this Demonstration-Style Class You Will:
· Learn about the traditions and culture of Rigatoni alla Carbonara di Asparagi
· Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Rigatoni alla Carbonara di Asparagi
· Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairing, as well as Rigatoni alla Carbonara di Asparagi with its own wine pairing
· Take home the menu and/or recipe(s) from the class

· Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
· All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
· Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
