For ages 18 & up

Lemon juice, zest and slices can transform a dish from mundane to spectacular. Learn all about this versatile fruit that is a key ingredient in a variety of preparations in this 1 1/2 hour class.

For ages 18 & up. Attendees 21 & up will enjoy a glass of wine paired with the meal.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
