With a five hour time difference, a late lunch in Hawaii is served at the same time as an early dinner in Texas, right? In any case, we knew you'd want to try this iconic meal from the islands comprised of succulent, fall-apart-tender, pulled pork shoulder; creamy macaroni salad with a little crunch from the addition of carrots and celery; not one, but two scoops of rice; and an irresistible slice of vanilla-infused custard pie. You'll sit back, relax and discover how to make this special meal from the Aloha state as our instructors show you how to create each dish.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal.
