Demo & Dine: Crazy For Cranberries

For ages 18 & up

In this 1 1/2 hour class, you'll sit back and relax while we show you how to make the most of the tangy, tart, terrific taste of both fresh and dried cranberries. Our instructors will share a lot of tips as they create a tasty salad; provide insight into successful braising techniques; produce a flavorful polenta; and set you up for success with a simple cheesecake. You'll enjoy every bite and leave with the confidence that you can recreate these dishes at home.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with the meal.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
