Dementia: Support for Carers - In Person Session

Please note: this is an in-person session for unpaid carers (not professionals), held at Sutton Coldfield United Reformed church, 1 Brassington Avenue, B73 6AA.

In this session we will explore a range of support services available to carers, including but not limited to, holidays, counselling, cafes and support at home.

This session is for your if you would like to:

• Learn about services that are out there to help you care
• Gain ideas and strategies to support your own wellbeing
• Spend time with experienced healthcare professionals who will answer your questions in a safe, supportive environment
• Meet other people who are taking care of a friend or family member with dementia in a similar situation
