This workshop is for those participants who have already attended
In Part 2, we explore the remaining pillars of the N‑E‑U‑R‑O framework - Exercise, Unwind, Restorative Sleep, and Optimising Your Brain, and how each one supports long‑term cognitive health.
We work together in small groups to reflect on what gets in the way of healthy habits and uncover simple, realistic strategies to move forward. We also take a closer look at our stress and sleep patterns, choosing small changes that can make a meaningful difference. Finally, we explore how different parts of the brain function and consider enjoyable activities that help strengthen cognitive connections.
All of these concepts come to life through fun, hands‑on games and interactive activities, making the learning practical, engaging, and easy to apply in everyday life.
At the conclusion of this workshop, we’ll give you a “Practical Guide for a Healthier Brain” booklet so you can walk away feeling confident, supported, and clear on the steps you can take to improve your brain health.
