This free, informative event, "Dementia is Not Just About the Brain" takes place on Tuesday, April 14th, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Dunwoody United Methodist Church – Asbury Room, located at 1548 Mt Vernon Rd, Dunwoody, GA.Please join dementia specialist, Staci Hannah, M.Ed as we discuss Teepa Snow’s “Six Pieces of the Puzzle”. The puzzle teaches us that dementia isn’t just about memory. It helps us understand how critical overall health, senses, medications, environment and emotional needs all play a role in how a person functions. Come learn how loved ones play a significant role. At the end of the session, you will understand that dementia is not just about the brain.
