- Meaningful roles and contributions
- Legacy, forgiveness, and reflection
- Supporting spiritual comfort in inclusive ways
You’ll leave with reassurance that connection, purpose, and peace are still possible.

- Open discussion and shared problem‑solving
- Space for connection, validation, and support
This is not a clinical lecture. It is a gentle, supportive conversation.
Each session may be attended individually, allowing you to join the topics that feel most supportive for you right now.
