Dementia and How to Care for Those Who Have It @ Sheepshead Bay Library

Dementia is a general term for the decline in cognitive function. It has multiple symptoms and is impacting millions of older adults today. Education on the topic is important not just for seniors but for their families as well as they will be the ones to walk with them through it all. Please join us for this informative and equipping seminar!

This seminar at the Sheepshead Bay Library is hosted by Catholic Charities of Brooklyn and Queens, non-profit organization's Saints Joachim and Anne Nursing and Rehab Center in Coney Island. Our goal is to give back to the community through education seminars about a wide variety of health topics. Also, our facility is here to help get people from the hospital to home by providing the best in rehabilitation therapy and care.
