Demati creates intimate, community-centered wellness experiences rooted in presence, care, and connection. Join us for a drop-in "Yoga + Social" and leave feeling calmer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself and the people around you. Many people begin their journey with us here before joining our broader community.

Experience a 45-minute all-levels flow, followed by intentional conversation and refreshments into the evening at the beautiful Mindspace DC location!
