One of Ireland’s fastest-rising indie rock bands, DELUSH, bring their high-energy live show to Toales this Saturday, February 21, topping a strong bill that also features Sean P Gilsenan and a third act to be announced. Doors open at 8PM.DELUSH are a four-piece indie rock band from Tallaght, Dublin who have moved quickly since bursting onto the scene in September 2024 with a high-profile support slot for Aslan at The Academy in Dublin. Since then, the band have made their mark on some of Ireland’s most respected live music stages, including Whelan’s, The Grand Social, The Workman’s Club, Róisín Dubh, Sea Church Ballycotton and the Works Festival, alongside shows in Newcastle and London.
Formed by frontman Scott Leigh and guitarist Sean Corcoran, who began writing and performing together at the age of 15, the band found its full identity with the addition of drummer Keeghan and bassist Aaron. The completed line-up has delivered a refined, distinctive sound and an exciting live presence that continues to attract growing attention.
Main support comes from Mindgroan, a three-piece grunge band from Drogheda who are making serious noise fast. Their debut EP Ripple, released in January 2026, picked up immediate traction, landing coverage from international music magazines and local DIY zines within its first month. Already leaving a mark locally, Mindgroan are hungry for new stages and new ears — and confident their raw, emotionally charged sound connects wherever it’s heard.
Opening the night is Sean P Gilsenan, whose engaging performances and thoughtful songwriting have earned him a strong reputation on the live circuit.
With DELUSH arriving in Dundalk in the midst of a rapid rise, this show at Toales looks set to be a standout night for fans of contemporary Irish indie rock. Doors open at 8PM.
