Sprint Triathlon & AquaBikeOlympic Triathlon & AquaBike
Delta Double - Feeling extra ambitious? Complete the Sprint and be back at the start line for the Olympic. Add it all up and it's just about equal to a long-distance triathlon.
Sprint Athletes will swim 750m starting from the shore of the Delta Lake swimming beach.
The 10.7 mile bike loop course on NY Route 46 featuring a flat, smooth road with a bountiful riding lane is a perfect course.
The 5K run course will be held entirely within the State Park.
Olympic athletes will complete two loops of each course.
Relay Teams
The Sprint & Olympic Triathlon can be entered as a relay team of 2 or 3 members; each completing 1-2 of the event legs.

Finisher medals & Race T-shirts
Picnic lunch
Beer supplied by Southern Tier Brewing Company (must be 21 years of age)
