If you have a shotgun for home defense, you need this class. he shotgun is a very common home defense weapon, but it comes with inherent dangers especially if there are multiple occupants in the house. Depending on the ammunition you are using you could be putting loved ones in danger should you ever have to use it inside the home. This class will assist you with safely deploying a shotgun inside your residence. We will shoot mostly birdshot during the drills, but will also pattern your buckshot and even shoot some slugs on steel. We will go over tactical reloading, malfunctions, barriers/obstacles, point shooting, and shooting on the move. We will also discuss slings, pump vs automatic, and sighting systems. You will need 250 Birdshot, 25 Buckshot, and 25 slugs (if your shotgun allows)
