About this Event
Russia’s 2022 invasion of Ukraine shattered lazy assumptions about defence. What should have been obvious about the autocracies since Crimea in 2014 and Xi Jinping in 2012 is now unavoidable. The West needs to spend more on defence and do much more to safeguard our security in the face of conflict, globalisation, technology, supply chains, resilience, alliances and the way we live.
