Khao Luang Sukhothai is one of the most rewarding hikes in Central Thailand. The trail winds through dense evergreen forest, giant trees, and rugged mountain terrain before reaching the highest peak in Sukhothai Province. Itinerary
*There are no plans to deviate from the plan unless there is an unforeseen situation
• Day 1:
23.00: Van Leaves from Gas Station near Wutthakat BTS Station. (6 hours drive)
• Day 2:
06.00: Breakfast
07.00 – 08.00: Get ready for the hike
• Get some coffee, breakfast, and refreshment
• Make a registration, get your bag, water, and personal stuff ready.
• You can hire the porter service for 50฿/KG (RoundTrip) for your personal belonging.
• The porter will not go with our group, please take your personal stuff with you for ready to use (rain jacket, drinking water, medication, energy drink, snack, lunch, etc)
• Our campsite/ destination is at 1,200 meters above sea level, the trail is around 3.7km long, most of the trail is incline & steps.
• The trail is well marked and well taken care of. Take us around 4-5 hours to reach the campsite
13.00: Reach the campsite, lunch & set up our tent,
14.00 we take a 4.4 km loop hiking near the campsite to visit the other peaks
17.00: Dinner time, If it’s visible we are going to walk to sunset point to see the sunset.
18.00-23.00: Start Hunting Time!! The milky visible to see, we may take our sleeping bag and mattress to see the stars & milky way! • Don’t forget we are camping at 1,200 meters above the sea level in the middle of the forest & hills. It’s going to be cold!
Day 3:
7.00-7.30: Breakfast
8.00: Start to hike back at the same trail
12.00: Leach the national park entrance, have lunch & get change (You can keep clean clothes in the van)
13.00: Drive back to Bangkok, (we stop for dinner and have a break during our way back)
21.00: Back to Bangkok. End the trip

• Hiking Up: 3.7 KM (95% up-hill, 5% flat)
• Trail Between each peak: 2.2 KM (4.4KM round trip)
Sunday
Hiking Down Hill: 3.7 KM (95% down-hill, 5% flat)
