Join us for this highly popular class that combines the deep relaxation of Restorative Yoga and the power of Energy Healing. Linda will lead the Restorative Yoga portion, guiding you into fully supported, restful poses accompanied by grounding assists, readings and meditative stillness. Throughout this 2-hour class, Paula will provide each participant with a 15–20-minute energy healing session. This class requires no previous yoga experience.
