Deeper Yoga is open to practitioners of all levels, this program weaves together yogic philosophy, self-study, breathwork, meditation, and alignment-driven asana to help you build a practice that is steady, skillful, and deeply embodied.Deeper Yoga with Neda will run from the 4th of February to 29th of March, starting with a Wednesday session that will lay the foundation for the program. The weekend sessions will take place on Sundays and go deep into both theory and practice.
This training is for anyone ready to deepen their relationship to yoga through study, practice, and community — a chance to build a practice that is refined, grounded, and deeply your own.
