Dear friends, everyone who is curious about Deep yoga course is invited to the open class on the 30th of June at 18.00 with Milana Nalin Milana is teaching groups as a spiritual guide for many years, helping people to find complex answers for deep questions and live them in the real world. Usually people develop together in international groups few years, having additionally 2-3 days retreats in summer and winter.
The course will start from September and it will be one more open class in August in case you can’t make it in June. You can also reserve your participation in the course in advance.
This course is mostly for people who are curious in opening and deepening their life potential using ancient spiritual, yogic techniques with modern approach.
In program:
- Work with a body: Hatha yoga (asanas, pranayamas, work with energy in asanas), vinyasa flow, yin
- Natural laws, understanding of principles of loosing and accumulating energy
- Chakra system approach: learning ourselves in different spheres of life though yogic methods
- Djnyana yoga: using different techniques to understand our real desires, restrictions, ways to grow
Groups are up to 12 people, classes are 2 hours every week in the evenings, Tuesdays. It is at least one year journey with monthly payments, possible also to combine deep yoga membership with access to all classes in Yogaway studio.
