The holidays are hectic, even when they are wonderful. Often with all the attention on friends, family and fun, we forget to take a moment for ourselves. In the cold and dark of January, winter will have set in and that means it’s time to turn our attention inward. Nature is telling us to slow down. The deep winter of January is the ideal time to reflect, to reevaluate intentions and goals. It’s a time to rest, relax and unwind. Join us in January for a Catskills retreat. It’s just a short drive to this beautiful, tranquil farm, making it easy to escape for a few days.
There will be daily yoga (of course!), set in the beautiful refurbished 130+ year old barn, led by Juliana and Sybil. One retreat, two instructors! There will be time for daily journaling, reflection, meditation and goal setting.
And what about free time? Perhaps you will spend the afternoon drinking tea and relaxing by the fire. Or maybe you prefer to enjoy the outdoors or explore one of the charming local towns. Bethel, the site of Woodstock, is just 20 minutes down the road.
